facility dedicated to high-volume Cathodic Electrodeposition (CED / E-coat) surface protection.
The plant utilizes a fully automated multi-stage immersion pre-treatment and electrodeposition line,
ensuring total, uniform coating coverage across intricate geometries, sharp edges, and internal recesses
where conventional spraying cannot reach. This process delivers superior anti-corrosion performance, exceptional
chemical resistance, and an optimal foundation for subsequent topcoats while maintaining an eco-friendly,
water-borne formulation with virtually zero VOCs.
Equipped with automated bath parameter controls, ultrafiltration systems, and rigorous laboratory salt-spray
